In this up-to-date world it is unavoidable to utilise the various achievements of the technical development. Therefore the Representative Body of the Local Government has decided to present some information those interested in on the landscape and on our favour village.
History of Alsóbogát goes back to the tenth century to period of Bogát harka (prince) and to the primeval metallurgical establishments. After surviving the stormy centuries our village has a lot of values. There are four monuments, a protected park belonging to a former mansion house and three fish-ponds in the Nature's soft shrine. So I strongly believe this village is well worth introducing.
It is one among the Hungarian settlements that takes care of its rich historical past while looks forward into the future and saves, builds and improves the present natural resources. It protects and saves the achievements of which everybody is proud in the village. It is our great pleasure to present here the fruits of our hard work. I am looking forward to meeting you in Alsóbogát very soon.
